Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched or installed.

Once the product is shipped or installation has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and invoices.
Refunds

Upon successful inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Delivery, installation, and service charges are non-refundable.
